Shipping Policy

Order Processing

At Falkore, all orders are processed within 24 hours, subject to product availability and payment verification. Please double-check your order details before checkout, as orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. 

You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order. If you do not see the email, kindly check your spam folder. In rare cases of high demand, products may become unavailable after the order is placed. If this occurs, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, which may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.

All orders are reviewed by our security team, and Falkore reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that shipping delays may occur during peak periods such as holidays, promotional events, or special releases.


Pre-Order Policy

Shipping Methods

Domestic Shipping (India):
We offer free standard shipping within India, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.

International Shipping:
Falkore ships worldwide. Delivery duties and fees depend on your shipping destination. For any questions regarding international shipping, contact us at support@falkore.in.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS, or CourierVia. Shipping times are estimates and do not include the 24-hour processing window.

Customs Fees:
Additional duties and taxes may apply to international orders. Please contact your local customs office for further details or refer to the checkout page for estimated costs.

Lost Packages

Once proof of delivery is provided with a tracking number, Falkore is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. In such cases, responsibility lies with the courier.
