Refund and Returns Policy

Applicability of the Policy:

By using the Falkore Exchange Portal or placing a purchase request, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy. If you disagree with these terms, please avoid making transactions on falkore.com, owned by Falkore Productions.

Note: This policy is subject to periodic updates. Please review it before each transaction to ensure you understand the applicable terms.

To Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Exchange & Return Process

Eligibility:

  • Returns and exchanges are valid within 7 days of delivery.
  • Upon approval of your return/exchange request, you will receive an email notification, and pick-up will be scheduled within 24-48 hours.

Pick-Up Attempts:

  • Our logistics partner will attempt to collect the return twice.
  • If both attempts fail, you’ll need to send the product directly to our warehouse.
  • Reverse pick-up availability is subject to your location’s pin code.

Quality Check:

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.
  • If the product passes, your return or exchange will be processed.

Processing Time:

  • Exchanged items are typically delivered within 7-10 working days.

Product Unavailability:

  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will provide an alternative product or issue a gift card redeemable online or in-store.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are provided as credit notes after the product clears quality checks.
  • Credit notes will be sent to your registered email address.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
  • Products showing signs of wear or use will not qualify for return or exchange.

  • Support is available Monday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and we strive to respond to queries within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation

For COD Orders:

  • Cancellations are only allowed if the order hasn’t been dispatched.

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued as a gift card equivalent to the order value (excluding shipping charges) and are valid for 6 months.
