To Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Exchange & Return Process
Eligibility:
- Returns and exchanges are valid within 7 days of delivery.
- Upon approval of your return/exchange request, you will receive an email notification, and pick-up will be scheduled within 24-48 hours.
Pick-Up Attempts:
- Our logistics partner will attempt to collect the return twice.
- If both attempts fail, you’ll need to send the product directly to our warehouse.
- Reverse pick-up availability is subject to your location’s pin code.
Quality Check:
- Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- If the product passes, your return or exchange will be processed.
Processing Time:
- Exchanged items are typically delivered within 7-10 working days.
Product Unavailability:
- If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will provide an alternative product or issue a gift card redeemable online or in-store.
Refunds:
- Refunds are provided as credit notes after the product clears quality checks.
- Credit notes will be sent to your registered email address.
Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
- Products showing signs of wear or use will not qualify for return or exchange.

Order Cancellation
For COD Orders:
- Cancellations are only allowed if the order hasn’t been dispatched.
For Prepaid Orders:
- Cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued as a gift card equivalent to the order value (excluding shipping charges) and are valid for 6 months.
